Each workout was either gentle and comfortable or more intense, depending on my energy levels. Polina would always ask how I was feeling, and based on my response, she adjusted the intensity. She is very attentive, responsive, and focused on results. After the sessions, I began to notice my own desires coming through, from the food I wanted to everything else. I felt energized and motivated to keep going. Everything is great! A big thank you to the trainer!!!
An amazing trainer. I spent a long time searching for a specialist who could help with back issues. Training with Polina not only helps me maintain overall tone but has also resolved most of the physical issues that have built up over the years. Olga is a highly knowledgeable specialist, punctual, and respectful in communication. I’m continuing with the sessions.
I do not recommend it for those with health issues. My condition got even worse.

Polina is simply wonderful. She is always positive and in a great mood. She organized the sessions very well. During the couple of months I trained with her, I felt that I became more flexible, and I developed a healthy addiction to yoga. If we missed a session, I really felt its absence.
