Working with Pauli left a sense of disappointment. There was virtually no individualized approach, and the technique for performing exercises was explained superficially. Very little useful information was provided, even when additional questions were asked, the answers were either vague or insufficiently clear. The nutrition plan was not tailored to my needs, giving the impression of a cookie-cutter approach. The training sessions often felt unstructured, and instead of motivating, they caused frustration. Ultimately, expectations were not met, and the overall experience left an unpleasant aftertaste. Not recommended.
Many thanks to Pauli for the sessions. Even though they were conducted online, the workouts were solid. It’s clear that he makes an effort to understand how to help me improve my health and shape my body. There are a few areas for improvement, but overall, the experience has been positive.

I’d like to share a few words about my experience with trainer Pauli: A trainer with a capital T! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 This person has dedicated a huge part of their life to sports. You can see the individual approach: thoughtful selection of exercises, every workout, and every result is carefully recorded in a notebook, with statistics maintained. Unlike sessions with a "certified trainer," I’m confident that there’s no need to worry about joint overload, torn or overstretched ligaments, or a thrown-out back (of course, a lot depends on you too—common sense is key). It’s been about 5 months since I started training, and the results are clear and tangible. If I followed all the recommendations and instructions 100% instead of 80%, the results would be even better, but that’s on me. 😅 I can confidently recommend Pauli if you’re looking to work towards real results and not just go through the motions—you won’t regret it! 💪🏻 Everything is great! P.S.: No trainer will ever be able to motivate you better than you can motivate yourself. They can guide and help you reach your goals, but there’s no magic pill for an Apollo-like physique yet... I was searching for the reasons behind my poor well-being, but all roads led me to workouts. I had never done sports before—I'm more of a bookworm and workaholic type. On a whim, I decided to give this platform a try, describe my problems, and find someone to pull me out of this rut. And I found my savior! 😊 I want to highlight Pauli's professional qualities. I deeply respect his structured approach to work, consistency, and clear communication of information. These are crucial traits for any mentor, coach, teacher, or trainer. It's evident that he has been involved in training for a long time. Aside from his professional skills, I want to note his knowledge, responsibility, and willingness to engage in meaningful dialogue. Thank you, Pauli , for reminding me that I’m still young and can feel amazing! Before this, I felt like my body was 50 years old. I even started to suspect that someone might have mixed up my birth records in childhood and just never told me! 😄
Unfortunately, my experience with Pauli left much to be desired. The approach to training felt superficial, without properly considering my individual needs. The nutrition recommendations were too generic and not tailored to my requirements. It seemed like the trainer lacked enthusiasm and wasn’t genuinely invested in achieving results. Disappointed, I do not recommend.

Good day. Here is my review. The trainer is decent, but there are some shortcomings. Previous trainers provided less theory, but sometimes I wished for more specific guidance and practice. Pauli explains well, but at times it wasn’t enough to feel fully confident in the exercises. There is an individual approach, but occasionally it felt like not all recommendations were perfectly tailored to me. Overall, I recommend him.
