A very pleasant person, and most importantly—she really knows her stuff. Initially, I just wanted a one-time meal plan, but I paid for a month. During that month, the meal plan was adjusted several times based on my preferences. She regularly checked in to see if I was getting everything I needed or if anything was missing, and the plan was refined accordingly. I followed this plan for about a month, and then went to visit my parents for New Year’s. Naturally, we celebrate once a year, and I ate and drank whatever I wanted, thinking I’d get back to a steady diet after the holidays. To my surprise, I found myself eating less. When I went to McDonald's with friends, I realized I could only eat either a small burger or fries—I couldn’t fit both! Before, I could eat whatever I wanted, even four combo meals without a problem. I almost felt split in two! It was very unusual. This applied to all foods; my body started needing less and didn’t crave as much variety. In short, I got more than I expected. I always felt looked after and cared for.
