Dovud is an excellent trainer! A true professional. Besides providing interesting and varied workouts, he pays a lot of attention to my diet. In other words, he has complete oversight of my weight-loss journey. I highly recommend this specialist!

I expected the trainer to show me various exercises and, most importantly, proper technique. During the sessions, I mostly did interval jumping, which I can do at home. Unfortunately, the trainer wasn't a good fit for me.

I am satisfied with the trainer's work. He answered all my questions with well-reasoned explanations. The workout program was designed for a long-term plan. Overall, everything is good, but there are a few small areas that could be improved.
Dovud is the best trainer I've ever worked with. His professional approach perfectly combines with a great sense of humor and ease of communication, making self-improvement under his guidance both effective and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the trainer did not meet expectations at all. They fail to understand the trainee's needs, the exercises feel inappropriate, and the communication leaves much to be desired. The sessions seemed utterly pointless. Not recommended!
Even before starting the training sessions, Dovud clarified the goals to be achieved, my previous training experience, and my current lifestyle and schedule. He provided guidance on the timeline for reaching my objectives and gave recommendations on diet and meal planning. Dovud carefully monitors how my body responds to the workload and adjusts the training plan if needed. On one hand, he demands discipline in the training process, but on the other, he is flexible and ready to adapt the format and schedule of sessions (online/offline, vacation season). During my vacation, he created a program for independent training to ensure I wouldn't lose the progress I had made. In 1.5 months, I've lost 7 kg—considering my specific situation, this is a great result. We’re continuing the sessions, and there’s still a long way to go to reach the goal. I highly recommend Dovud as a professional—but just don’t take up my time in his schedule 😁.

Dovud has a clear vision of both the process and the result. Working with him is comfortable and reliable. Scheduling and preferences are discussed, which is highly appreciated. However, there are a few areas for improvement. Overall, the work continues, and I am satisfied!
Dovud is an excellent trainer. He provides exactly the right level of intensity I can handle at the moment: not too easy and not too challenging. My goal was to improve endurance, and it’s definitely being achieved during our sessions. I appreciate that the exercises vary each time and can be adapted on the spot to my preferences (if I feel like focusing on arms, for example, it’s no problem)
The training sessions are very comfortable. Dovud is very polite, punctual, and explains everything clearly. It’s nice to chat and joke during the session—it makes the time fly by unnoticed.
It was uncomfortable to train, as Dovud completely ignored my preferences and didn’t make any effort to adjust the sessions to suit me.
